Training
First Pick Builders has scheduled training classes for Fire and Mold Damage which we will be attending in the Bay Area in October. A meeting with our local Trex decking field representative is being arranged to discuss recent updates to the deck industry.
We are Donating Tile
We are currently seeking qualified organizations, including churches and schools, to which to donate our unused and broken tile for projects of any kind. A quick call to my cell 707-489-8159 is all you need to do. Our hope is that we can provide a fun and inexpensive way to supply tile to those who need these materials, while keeping our pledge to reduce our impact on our county landfill.
Fire | Water Restoration
Fire and water restoration is a serious business. Not only do we handle the initial contact with the insured, we guide everyone involved through the insurance process. Insurance claims are much different than ordinary construction.

nationwide. We use the latest versions of insurance estimating software.
From demolishment, water remediation, smoke removal to complete
construction, First Pick Builders can handle the claim from initial call
from your insurance company to the placement back into your home.
We are the only insurance restoration company in Lake County that has a
showroom and reception staff available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
